• Death Benefit ~  The policy pays 96 months’ earnings to dependents, subject to the per-person liability limit.
• Permanent Total Disablement ~ Should an employee suffer permanent total loss of a limb, sight, or equivalent total incapacity, they receive 96 months’ earnings, ensuring long-term financial security for the most severe outcomes.
• Temporary Total / Partial Disablement ~ Weekly earnings replacement for temporary total or partial disablement for up to 104 continuous weeks, ensuring injured employees maintain income while recovering.
• Medical Expenses ~ All qualifying medical expenses incurred as a direct result of a covered accident or disease are reimbursed up to KES 100,000 per employee. However, the insured may opt for a higher limit at an extra premium as agreed.
• Funeral Expenses ~ The policy provides a limited of up to KES 30,000 per deceased employee to ease the burden on families. However, the insured may opt for a higher limit at an extra premium as agreed.
