With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the insurance industry, Eunice is a powerhouse of expertise. She excels in cultivating strong partnerships, optimizing distribution channels, leading sales activation programs, and implementing impactful training initiatives. Her leadership in business growth, client relationship management, and innovative sales strategies has made her a pivotal force at both corporate and retail levels.
Eunice holds an MBA from Jomo Kenyatta University and is a Senior Associate Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP). She is also an esteemed member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK).

His strategic approach to risk management, actuarial analysis, and underwriting has been instrumental in refining and enhancing the company’s health insurance offerings, strengthening its market position and securing long-term success.
Joseph brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. He holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Maseno University. He also possesses a Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and is an active member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK).
Joseph’s deep expertise and strategic vision ensure that the Health Division remains a cornerstone of the company’s success, positioning the company as a leader in the health insurance sector.

In her role as Head of Customer Experience and Marketing, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s customer-centric strategy and amplifying its brand presence. Martha drives transformative initiatives that significantly elevate customer satisfaction and enhance brand visibility, making a measurable impact on the company’s success.
Her innovative approach and strategic vision have consistently produced exceptional outcomes, including optimized communication processes, impactful marketing campaigns, and influential public relations efforts. These achievements have not only advanced the company’s market position but have also established it as a leader in the industry.
Martha is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management at Daystar University, further enriching her extensive academic background, which includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy with IT, as well as diplomas in Disaster and Emergency Management and Public Relations. Her certifications in Digital Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Brand Strategy complement her extensive training, enabling her to develop compelling content, execute effective digital marketing strategies, and craft robust brand identities. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Her background in both claims and underwriting enables her to drive operational improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and optimize internal processes. Elizabeth holds a degree in Communication from Maseno University and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (AIIK), combining academic rigor with practical industry experience to achieve outstanding results.
Elizabeth is also actively involved in the wider insurance community. She is a member of key industry committees, including the Property and Engineering Technical Committee and the Digitization Steering Committee at the Association of Kenya Insurers (AKI). Additionally, she is a member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK), continually contributing to industry advancements and leadership in insurance operations.
