He is responsible for steering the health insurance portfolio towards profitability and sustainability, ensuring that the division remains competitive and adapts effectively to the evolving market landscape. His strategic approach to risk management, actuarial analysis, and underwriting has been instrumental in refining and enhancing the company’s health insurance offerings, strengthening its market position and securing long-term success.

Joseph brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. He holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Maseno University. He also possesses a Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and is an active member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK).
